Because that’s quite a big word and it’s used to manipulate people into thinking illegals are thugs. On vacation I stole a glass from a bar that pissed me off and I got a souvenir. When I drive I also sometimes break the law. Does this make me a criminal? If so I’m pretty sure by far most people are, no matter how law obedient they seem.
