The figures don't include arrests made by Border Patrol, which has launched aggressive immigration operations in several cities in recent months.

Looks less and less like “worst of the worst” and has always been “brownest of the brown”.

People on the right believe every immigrant is the worst of the worst. They don’t even understand the difference between a crime and a civil issue.

  No. They believe the browns came here illegally. Everyone else (white) most likely came legally.
