Worth noting, although I believe that OP’s on the right track, they’re missing an important sort of fine detail IMO;
They won’t need camps or gas wagons to eradicate the disabled, whether this includes people with genetic mutations causing their illness or those who’ve been wounded by acute physical/viral/bacterial/parasitic illness, but can obtain the same desired end result by simply withdrawing and then withholding care. That’s it, a figurative twist/kinking of the hose that’s allocation of federal/state funding to public health.
