    Good morning, coworker!

Just sending this email to create a paper trail of evidence documenting your ineptitude in completing the task that you were supposed to do last week.

    Thanks!

I said I could start that task once I was provided with the requirements, and that it would take me three days. I have not received the list of requirements.

      Re: Rhynoplaz

      Good morning,

This email is just to inform you that the task you assigned me a week ago was completed and sent to you via email three days prior. Please see attached email with date of previous submission to you.

      Respectfully,

      Devolution

E-Mails are also excellent, if you want to push through something unpopular. Send a long e-mail that will be ignored by most people. Repeat at least once. Then you can reference back to it at a later date.

I always send meeting minutes so I can remember what we talked about and to prove that expectations were clearly communicated or an email to prove that I communicated that there’s a serious issue and forces someone to acknowledge it.

One my previous cto did this - I was shocked on why he would be doing so. But make sense only afterwards

The best is when you send an email and they reply in a chat or don’t reply all. Makes my spidey sense tingle
