However, Rimu is waging a crusade against Lemmy’s left-wing userbase and is trying to consolidate a viewpoint that aligns with, well, Rimu, in the code itself.

“Authoritarianism” is not a thing. All states wield authority, what distinguishes them above all is in which class’s interests, and this is determined by which class is in control of the state. You weren’t reflexively called a fascist, you were called a fascist after dehumanizing ethnicities of people whose state you opposed, and the fact that you support neo-Nazi groups.

Joining piefed was an easy decision, after being at the receiving end of .ml moderation.
