President Donald Trump said Friday during remarks in Florida that the United States would take over Cuba “almost immediately,” suggesting an aircraft carrier could be positioned offshore after the conflict in Iran.

[…]

While the president’s comments appeared partly joking, they followed concrete policy action in the form of broadened sanctions.

You can almost hear Hegseth’s glee on the wind as life comes back to his whisky dick at the thought of an opportunity to mass murder more civilians.

the US is runnig out of ammo

If I had a dollar for every time I read the “American military running out of ammo” story, I’d be richer than a Lockheed executive.

Americans are so easily gaslit on this shit. You can jump out behind a corner shouting “We don’t have enough tomahawk missiles!” and they’ll reflexively hand you $20B.

Gotta distract from the failure of his pointless war in Iran by starting a new pointless war with a country that’s more vulnerable…

He no doubt does want to do a regime change operation against Cuba. It’s just the resources are tied up with trying to get Iran to re-open the strait, give up their nuclear program, and disband the Axis of Resistance Network.

Result is the US is not coming and any change has to happen inside the country. Which isn’t going to happen thanks to the US starving the people of needed resources

And the Cuban people overall like their government. Any pressing issues are wholly the fault of the USA, as far as can be assessed.

Sorry but from the information I can gather the Cuban people have similar opinions as Iranians have for their government.

They don’t like them, with real reason for no revolution because the US is not genuinely helping the people but trying to get their own oligarchs in power.

With both sides shooting the best the people in the middle can do is keep their head down and survive (unfortunately)

No they don’t lmao. Only the old generations still alive after the Revolution when they kicked out the USA are still die-hards. Most of the younger to middle aged people in general hate the Cuban government. How couldn’t they? They live the life while regular ppl have nothing due to the horrible sanctions by the USA. You don’t win hearts and minds with poverty, hunger, disease and death.

In regards to the sanctions: that’s a crime against humanity for an island like Cuba.

While the Cuban people don’t love the sanctions the reason for anti-goverment sentiment is the state apparatus not looking like doing anything to resolve the crisis but put more in the so called revolutionary defense committee and security institutions

So now we’re off to murder a whole bunch of innocent Cubans for literally no reason beyond that probably the president was paid by someone to do this, after which we’ll break our nose bloody again and fail, after which we’ll look like even bigger losers to the entire world, after which we’ll just declare victory and leave.

Remember when we “couldn’t” help Puerto Rico after Maria because Puerto Rico is an island, surrounded by big water, ocean water?

Trump on Friday said the disaster relief effort in Puerto Rico is complicated because it is “surrounded by water.” “This is an island, surrounded by water. Big water. Ocean water,” the president said during a speech in Washington on his tax plan.

Iran is a quagmire but only has a tiny fraction of our military involved, so there’s plenty of capacity for more war to shift the narrative.

Greenland is currently postponed cause we solidified it in the 150 billion EU-US trade deal, that trump made with ursula, Europe hasn’t signed it yet, and added trump-proof guard rails, if trump threatens to take greenland one more time the deal is off the table. And maybe we should make a pact with south america and other nations against american imperialism, the new nato to protect against american aggression

Because a communist country minding its own business while trying to provide for its people is evil, while a capitalist country bombing country after country non-stop for decades while trying to provide for a handful of billionaire sociopath pedophiles is good.
