It’s: 3/4 of the states 2/3 of the house 2/3 of the Senate And luckily exactly 0% of the president. In other words you need 3 miracles in a row. In other other words, unless there’s an alien invasion (not that kind) it ain’t happenin’
That would require a 2/3 vote consider me unafraid.
When you have 2 of the 3 branches and the 3rd branch refuses to protect it’s own power then that’s effectively a 2/3 vote.
That’s not how it works.
It’s:
3/4 of the states
2/3 of the house
2/3 of the Senate
And luckily exactly 0% of the president.
In other words you need 3 miracles in a row.
