We didn’t even vote Jon Husted in as Senator. JD Vance won that seat and left it to be Trump’s VP. Our governor appointed his lieutenant governor Husted to Vance’s seat. Then, he replaced the lieutenant governor with a football coach.

It’s a federal crime to prevent a congressperson from conducting their duties, madly.
Simple, have them arrested and delivered to the Ohio trial. That way you are not preventing them from conducting their duties but actually helping perform two (obeying the arrest and testifying at the court), so there’s no foul.
As that prevents him from voting in the house expect federal agents to forcibly remove him from custody.
Have him mail his vote. Or hve him attend the voting in cuffs.
