In a lot of states, these kind of things are public record. The sites copy public information to their page.
So the picture is up for free for anything to do what they want to it and spread it massively around ??

I get if a person is found guilty but just tossing it up there for an alleged crime I think is bs especially if they advertise on that site. So if a person wanted to they could copy the image, and spread it around then doesn’t that mean you are marking money off a person or is accused or alledged and still found not guilty. Then forever your going to be marred by something you didn’t do and proved it in the court of law?
The person could sue for defamy, but they’d have to prove the website was publishing false information.
What about publishing it before a conviction either way? It’s always going to be on the net no matter how innocent I am.
Let’s say I am your partner. I umm…accuse you of DV just for the sake of this. And you go to jail and bond right out. But you have not even stepped foot in a court room or they even got your side. But put your photo up with a story that implicates you but just hide behind the word alleged So now when everyone looks up your name they are going to connect with you the the DV charge. But they advertise on their site with multiple companies and use a head line with your face that you were charged. But they use that format to gain more clicks to their website and also advertisers. What prevents someone from taking your booking photo from a commercial entity and put it in a gay or BDSM porno?..Oh and don’t mean any offense I caused you by taking the DV stance.
You are likely leaning into extortion territory or defamation depending on the info surrounding the image.
Jury biasing is tricky as it requires the defense to know the person looked at it and is basing decisions on information outside the evidence of the case. As the juror would have made a proclamation of some kind that they have not researched the case in any way.
