Thats impossible. At worst you don’t know what he intended to say in that last sentence but understand his answer about increasing taxes on rich people from 7% to 25% then using that money to fund the social programs. He was talking about what he was able to do with medicare expansion and said covid by mistake got detailed and then finished with his last part of the argument which (I assume because he didnt make it) was beating big pharma
