I mean, including Russia and China, its not so much “Western” as Northern, although the southern boundary varies. Then there’s the Nordic countries and Canada, but still, a continuous belt of imperialist states stradling the Northern hemisphere like a crown of semantic fuckery hiding behind “the international rule of law” and militaries with global reach.
