i know someone who works in one. 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for like $1k/mo or a bit less, depending on your function, and they are constantly finding reasons to dock your pay or otherwise fuck you. they will give you pills or injections and refuse to tell you what it even is if you are sick.

you are stuck there for 9 months at a time or more if they decide they want to keep you for a bit longer. passengers are super entitled and it seems to attract the very worst people humanity has to offer when it comes to the people working and running the place.

i’d expect some “ok daddy” as always, but i can hope eu leaders are not dumb enough to take part in the iran clusterfuck trump made for himself.
