They should sue. Trump doesn’t get to magically undo grants that have already been granted. Also, Congress is supposed to control the power of the government purse.
Seems like he does. No one seems to have the cojones to tell him this BS is illegal and refuse his commands. Trump has shown us that the system of “checks and balances” is completely broken.
I mean we all knew he hates Puerto Ricans since before his first term.
