I mean, there’s a huge pile of illegal things Republicans are doing, just add it to the list. One illegal act is punishable, a million illegal acts is just how it is. Meanwhile, Democrats think they can just weather the fascist storm and seem incredibly naive with outbursts like this when it happens to them personally.

Nothing awful is illegal with Trump as the president.

He keeps deregulation what little regulations were being attempted with regards to AI. We’re all incredibly fucked.

Defamation should be criminal, not only civil. It was created that way to ensure the rich could subjugate the poor without consequence, but never the other way around.

The entire system was setup this way all the way back to William the Conqueror in England. All the same “protect the rich” bullshit was just copy/pasted in America.

Sweet, since this is fair game now can we get a video of Trump standing in his hat by the coffins of those dead soldiers (real video) calling dead soldiers suckers and losers (real quote)?

I mean even if Democrats want to maintain some moral high ground, all they have to do is repost the Trump shitting on Americans video that he himself shared and just change No Kings to MAGA or any American that doesn’t like his forever war, his Epstein coverup, his gestapo operations or anything this admin is doing.

Even better, get a video of Trump stroking out at a 9/11 memorial event (real video):

Clap back with Paxton and Cornyn doing their usual hate spiels and zoom out to show them sitting on Trump’s lap like ventriloquist dummies. I think they’d approve. They’re both clamoring to prove they’re the biggest Trump lackey.

It is, but defamation a civil matter in the US, not criminal. So the only relief is for the defamed to pursue a lawsuit. You can imagine who that benefits.
