Trump is trying to drop the Epstein files entirely, if anyone involved is implicated then everyone involved is implicated, as it establishes the validity of guilt among those involved with Epstein, that’s why literally no one other than Maxwell has done any time for any of this fucked up nonsense, and they’re actively trying to undo any of her punishment with far more fervor than they’re putting into investigating anything else in the files. If he goes after Clinton then that would establish that there is reason to properly investigate and prosecute others in the files, and nobody is in the files more than Trump. He doesn’t want anyone to go down for any of it, because that would be painting a target on himself by way of legal precedence. And he was deposed and testified in front of congress a few weeks ago. Far more than can be said for any of the actual suspected pedophiles based on the released info.
