This is the most incompetent, incoherent war America has fought in the last 100 years. And that’s saying a lot. This administration has no idea what they are doing. There is no viable war plan. They change their goals and their aims every single day.
I have great sympathy for our soldiers and our military leaders. They are being given directions by a senile old man who is losing his mind. And so, it’s no surprise that this war is going horribly.
Wouldn’t it be just so on brand if the instead of blackening the sky to stop the AI (i.e. The Matrix) we did it to keep people from getting unlimited free power without paying some oligarch for it?
How else are we going to solve global warming? /S (but seriously the oligarchs are pushing for geoengineering as a way to not stop burning oil)
I mean, that is the more likely scenario right now. I hate this timeline. Time to go make papercuts between my toes to see if it skips to a new track.
