Shouldn’t the “most wanted” imply something more than 2 murders ?
At least that is the impression I get.
Not that many people murder 40 and leave the scene alive. Plenty of people murder thousands but they are heads of state and a wee bit harder to arrest.
What did he do? Apply for citizenship?
