What kind of person the Ayatollah was is completely irrelevant to the fact that the strikes on Iran are illegal and an attempt to overthrow one regime and replace it with another regime that kowtows to US-Israeli interests. If the Iranian government was exactly the same but was US-Israel allied instead, nothing would have been done. See: Saudi regime.
Talking only about the character of the Ayatollah and ignoring the criminal actions of the fascist US regime only helps Trump and helps to normalise these actions.

He looks so much like Biden in that photo.
Idk, it’s hard to tell with the beard.
Screw all imperialists and bootlickers
It’s crazy that these 2 are nearly the same age
I wouldn’t call them ‘Trump’ supporters necessarily, but they are shamelessly supportive of US imperialism.
i celebrate it as a potential feather that might break the horse’s back for the man on the right (including everything that he represents), and i regret the loss of lives and needless violence just to keep a hundred or so cannibalistic, pedophilic, psychopathic oligarchs in control of the world.

taps the sign
Things don’t happen in a vacuum. Millions of people have been killed in the past 30 years with tacit liberal support in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen, etc, usually with this exact opinion being given. The death of one man doesn’t mean Iran is going to improve their laws. Imperialism causes unintended death and blowback. There will be consequences for us all
That I agree, you’re absolutely right, but I still can’t stop being glad that the tyrant is finally dead. Unfortunately like you said things are only going to get worse to the Iranian people.
So, ultimately, you’re glad things are going to get worse for the Iranian people.
You are glad Trump killed him you mean.
Khamenei didn’t die of a heart attack. You are purposely leaving out part of the story you are celebrating.

nah

Is there an option to not support anyone?
Not really, but there is critical support, which is how Marxists see this situation.
Critical support is supporting something while also being critical of its flaws. It is often used in the context of supporting bourgeois states that fight against imperialism or are under imperialist aggression.
No you either support imperialist invasions or you don’t. There is no fence to sit on.
Nope. Think of it like a trolley problem.
