Violent clashes between protesters and security forces in Pakistan’s southern port city of Karachi and in the country’s north left at least 22 people dead and more than 120 others injured as demonstrators supportive of the Iranian government attempted to storm a U.S. Consulate on Sunday, authorities said.

In the north of the country, demonstrators attacked U.N. and government offices.

The violence came after the United States and Israel attacked Iran, killing its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Police and officials at a hospital in Karachi said that at least 50 people were also wounded in the clashes and some of them were in critical condition.

I cannot believe Hillary Clinton allowed there to be another attack on a US embassy. She should have to answer questions before Congress about this

I would prefer she first answer more questions about her and Bill’s ties to a sex trafficker. It isn’t just Trump implicated in the Epstein files, and I don’t think anyone should get away with it. They should be digging into the darkest recesses of every single family whose surname is in those files.

The reason the comment you reply to is ironic/funny and yours isn’t is because Hillary clinton herself hasn’t been mentioned a literal million times in the actual epstein files.

And also, she isn’t president and isn’t actually starting wars to cover for whatever her involvement is or is not. She isn’t really an actual factor in anything.

If Democrats want to win elections, they need to run candidates that care about the working class.

Running on a platform of “deficit spending” is not enough. They need to raise taxes on the people taking us for a ride.

None of those things has anything to do with this war, so stop the pathetic attempt at a straw man. She absolutely would have continued support for Israel, who are the reason this war started. It still would have happened under her, with the exception that unthinking pubes like yourself would have zero objection to it since it was the “moral” side saying the killing was necessary. And you’re right, she wouldn’t have done it without congressional approval. Both sides of the aisle would have lined up for the chance to kill Arabs on behalf of their employers in Israel.

But the thing your atrophied blue MAGA brain will never be able to grasp, due to your rather limited American intellectual capacity and your belief in the exceptionalism of your nation, is that congressional approval doesn’t make something moral, or even the bare minimum of being within international law.

If she was president, I would still think the world would be a better place if the US president was assassinated and their government toppled.

Biden and Harris went along with child genocide and a state-engineered famine. They would 100% bomb Iran if Benny told them to.

No they didn’t. They still supported Israel, but they were making statements about tempering Israel’s approach. As Israel got worse and worse under trump’s encouragement, I’m pretty sure a democrat (or anyone sane) would have pushed back a lot more on Israel. Not enough, probably. But better is better.

LOL, they made statements about Israel’s approach for four years… but supported every single thing those murderers did. Their words are meaningless because when Benny tells them to jump, they jump.

And when Benny told them to bomb Iran, they’d have done it.

People should have a right to protest - even if they’re dumbasses protesting for idiotic things. Devaluing a life just because the person behind it is a dumbass is very much a Nazi tactic. You don’t dehumanise stupid. You help it realise and reconcile it’s stupidity.

          Sure?

You help it realise and reconcile it’s stupidity

What level of management speak is this?

I also like how you jumped from violent mobs tries to burn US consulate staff alive to: you need to have a calm moment with them, sit them down, have a chat, maybe some tea and talk it over? 🤣

I’m not sure you’d be quite so forgiving if you were inside the embassy about to be gang raped and beheaded

This is still my favourite violent mob:

Kumara, who was an ethnic Sinhalese and a Buddhist by faith[7] and had lived and worked in Pakistan for eleven years,[8] was beaten, killed and later set on fire by a mob in Sialkot. He had been accused of blasphemy for removing a poster featuring religious content. It was later revealed that Kumara had removed the poster due to pending renovation work in the building, and was falsely accused of blasphemy by workers of the factory.[9

I’m not sure I’d phrase it as a celebration, but the media referring to this as a protest is disingenuous at best. The number of videos I’ve seen of dudes shooting guns at the embassy is enough for me to come to my own conclusions about this “protest.”

And if you’re going to shoot at a building filled with American appointed officials, guarded by Marine Security Guards, you’re probably going to die doing so.

Ideally, this all could have been avoided by not starting another war, but here we are.
