The U.S. men's team also has been invited to Washington, D.C., this week

This is good. But also bad, because I’d absolutely love to see the US Woman’s Hockey team beat the ever living shit out of the old dumbfuck pedophile for attempting to “grab them by the pussy”

Attending the SOTU address would not have given them (or him) that opportunity. He didn’t invite them to the White House. Probably because he’s afraid to be alone with them.

Do you have a source on that? He invited both teams:

        https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-us-mens-hockey-team-state-union-speech-congress-rcna260479

        https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/olympics/2026/02/24/usa-mens-hockey-team-trump-2026-state-of-union-address/88840551007/

        https://www.espn.com/olympics/story/_/id/48017235/us-women-hockey-declines-trump-invite-state-union

The women said no, the men who drank with Kash Patel in their locker room said yes

Yes as your links confirm, he invited them TO THE STATE OF THE UNION which is a speech given in the Capitol to Congress and assorted others. Such a situation would put them in audience positions, while he’ll be on the podium blarghblarghblarghing.

I don’t see anything about an invitation to meet personally in the White House, which could possibly give them an opportunity to shut out Security and beat some sense into him with assorted tacky gold tchotchkes.

President Trump: We’ll do it at the White House… we’ll just have some fun, we have medals for you guys. And we have to, I must tell you, we’re going to have to bring the women’s team, you do know that?

United States men’s hockey team:[Laughter and cheers]

Trump: I do believe I probably would be impeached, okay?

            Team: [More laughter]

But that’s not what he did. He only joked about it.

Editing to add: I could be wrong, maybe you can find something about a specific invitation for them to visit the White House.

Again, what is your source on this? Everything says he invited them to the White House, not just the capitol

I agree that the MSM headline says so but even the story goes on to say they were invited to the SOTU. Every story I read comes down to the same. And I have been looking for any images or quotes of the official invitation to confirm one way or the other and haven’t found it. I know he called and spoke to the men, and invited THEM to the White House. Then he said he’d be impeached if he didn’t bring the women’s team too. That’s not exactly an invitation to them.
