He’ll never face a jury. The FBI cut local authorities out of the investigation and they’re going to clear him especially since JD Fuckworth and Trump are fabricating the reality that ice has “absolute immunity.”
They already said they had to stop the investigation because they’re being cut out of reviewing any evidence to form a case against him. They can’t charge him of murder if they can’t prove it wasn’t just “self defense” :(

They have plenty of other evidence, such as the videos. They still can charge him.
Doesn’t seem like they need much more than literal footage of him committing the crime that he posted himself.
