The prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey has hit another hurdle. The Justice Department acknowledged in court Wednesday a possible lapse in how the case was presented to a grand jury.
Yeah this kinda BS happens all the fucking time. Lotta people get screwed by the so-called justice system and few people other than the victims and their families even know it.
Frankly, I’m much more concerned about the contrived prosecutions against people who don’t have Comey’s resources.

Indeed. Well, a paralegal at the DoJ. And I bet he wouldn’t have fucked it up like this.
So he might not have Comey’s resources, but he’s probably a bit more well positioned than most Americans would be in that situation.
He was smart enough not to let himself get intimidated into a plea deal and that’s more than most Americans know when confronted by the law
