That’s not even the most egregious thing he’s said this month. It’s constant and easy, the lies.
Add in that Tiktok was just bought by Trump’s billionaire friends and we will never see another truthful bit of media. Propaganda is the norm now.

Yeah. At one point, I thought fElon would keep the logo the same, so that most people would be lulled into thinking it’s all quite normal, etc. He didn’t even do that - he changed the logo - to a really stupid one, no less, I keep thinking it’s a close box in some contexts - and people still mostly stayed put. Corporations continued to use it as an outlet, despite its obviously toxic owner.
That leads me to believe that most people, most especially the younger set, will just continue using TikTok as normal, especially if there is no outward change, like a logo. Ellison is likely to keep a very low profile as he always has. Sure, people in the Valley and in tech all know him to be a gigantic flaming asshole and has been for decades, but…the money will still flow. And I bet 95% of the TikTok demo has no fucking clue who Oracle is or anything about Ellison.
Sullivan made it clear the ideas floated inside the working group are not part of the current negotiations with Democrats to reopen government, and that he agreed with GOP leadership’s position that cross-party collaboration on the fate of the Affordable Care Act tax credits could only begin in earnest once the shutdown ends.

He noted he and his Republican colleagues are looking at potential new income caps for who can claim the enhanced tax credits. The group is also exploring instituting new minimum amounts for out-of-pocket premiums and guardrails to restrict the subsidies from plans that cover abortion services.
