I point out that Zelensky is a corrupt piece of shit (who also wants to kill me and every other Ukrainian).

I am obviously a Russian bot/shill (and definitely not a Ukrainian guy).

    Ok.

People are protesting in the streets against the corrupt piece of shit. Actual people. Ukrainian people. People actully living in Kiev and other big cities of Ukraine. Western fucking media covers the protests.

Well, you shouldn’t believe this, this news is disinformation, because anything bad about the corrupt piece of shit is disinformation. And even if it is true, those people, like everybody else who hates the corrupt piece of shit, are Russian agents.

    Duh.

Could you cite your source that WSJ is part of an organised disinformation campaign to kill Ukrainians?

Yeah, NATO truly is evil like that. Fortunately Russia is liberating town after town on the daily now.

              Komrade

It’s incredible that the most Russia obsessed shitlibs are inevitably the only people so monumentally ignorant about it that they don’t know the difference between the USSR and the Russian Federation

They are not a brainwashed pro-NATO dronie that keeps going ‘everybody who contradicts the people that say, “Iraq has WMDs” must be spreading disinformation!’ Seems like you think that everybody who doesn’t buy your propaganda is Russian for some reason.

The irony of these people who are just utterly saturated by western imperialist propaganda (which they refuse to acknowledge) while calling everything even slightly critical of the NATO narrative “rUsSiAn DiSiNfOrMaTiOn” will never cease to amaze and disappoint me.

Ukraine has refused to negotiate peace repeatedly, which would have avoided the destruction.

Also, you seem fine with NATO having invaded Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Palestine, etc., with Ukraine participating in at least the invasions of Iraq and Syria, so it’s incredibly silly of you to go ‘but what about the destruction?’ You are literally supporting the most prolific invader in the world.
Post-coup Ukraine decided to bring NATO’s weapons and soldiers to the border of Russia’s most populated parts. The rest of the world (including Russia) has every right to defend itself from your vile empire.

But the two arent connected. If anything having a competent and powerful anti corruption investigative tool would help them fight Russia given the problems with corruption faced by the Ukranian military. Like do you think the Russians have every news agency in the west questioning this by the balls so they’ll say that making an corruption agency less independent is bad?

yeah, that’s mostly fair. But why would it matter if Putin destroys the entire country?

It’s a matter of false equivalency of importance.

But yeah, agree its not a good move for Ukrainian gov.

Russia has neither desire nor capacity to hold ukranian speaking regions.

Why would Putin or his sucessor willingly sign up for a neverending domestic terrorism problem for nothing in return?

Even if you believe that the ideological motivation is false, and the invasion is purely for resources, all of the valuable minerals are in regions that already speak RU and have invited the little green men to assist.

Arable land is something RU has a LOT of. Why would they sign up for a permanent counterinsurgency program for a <2% gain in farmland which will require extensive de-mining before it can be used for anything productive?
