Kids-for-cash judge's sentence commuted by Biden

Michael Conahan, a former judge in Luzerne County, was sentenced to more than 17 years in prison for sending juveniles to for-profit prisons for millions of dollars in kickbacks.

Not Americans. We don’t care about ethics. We don’t hold our representatives accountable. So why would we whine about this now?

  It’s good to highlight issues, but never treat groups as a monolith. Lots of Americans care.
