It’s 2016 again, but much, much worse.
Turns out they didn’t know something we didn’t.
Classic, also happens every time in Turkey. Don’t remember an election in the last 20 years (local, general, referendum take your pick) where the opposition was like “oh shit we might lose this one, lets work harder”. Starting to feel a bit scripted.
Last line:
“He’s realizing that he could lose the election, go to prison, and maybe die there,” they said.
A repeat of 2016. Everyone was so sure he was done and got complacent
