Finding out is always optional, if you simply never introspect or allow yourself to experience doubt. Which, ha ha, it turns out the more your twisted beliefs hurt you, the harder it gets to face them down! So, that’s fun.

He turns the entire American public against him, they vote him out so overwhelmingly that even their election fraud and foreign interference and owning all media outlets can’t save him, and then the entire country gets fucking amnesia and swallows the propaganda hook line and sinker, rinse and repeat.
Because they lack empathy, they literally do not have the capacity to project themselves into someone else’s shoes and feel for them unless they experience it themselves.

No, she definitely could have protected Renee by not voting for someone determined to disregard our country’s constitutional rules and values.
Might even go so far as to say not voting for someone who had already proven disregard for the constitution before voting for them.
It’s some real solid mental gymnastics
And it seems she didn’t learn anything from the experience.
She definitely doesn’t seem interested in taking accountability for her actions
Per usual, supporters of the far-right only change their tune when the fallout personally affects them.
Its their most consistent trait. Transcends all other ways to sort them.
And only within the duration of that experience.
I feel no sympathy for her mother. Maybe she will think about this next time she wants to make a bad decision. Renee on the other hand, has my deepest sympathies.
