MissouriMisery happens in a lot of states. Something got passed a few years ago by popular votes in the state I live in and the politicians stated they will find a way to over turn it. Sigh

MO is interesting this cycle. No senator or gov elections, big dust-uo over the maps is still not resolved, and Dems are contesting almost every state legislature seat with a chance of of breaking the Republican supermajority.
They might actually make some progress this year
I’m in the district that MO and the Courts are fighting over. I have no idea what district I’m going to end up in or who my current representatives are.
I tried to looking up on the state website and THEY DIDNT KNOW EITHER.
I hope so. We have record numbers of volunteers knocking on doors, making calls, and putting up signs where I live. We’re excited to finally have a chance to turn things around here.

The commercials have been such misleading bags of shit, of course. All the commercials go on about is keeping small kids from sex change surgery, because of course sex changes for kids are lumped in as a single vote with abortion rights.
