If you care so much about Anakin being the center of the story, how can you not think his childhood is relevant? It’s part of the story of why he turned to the dark side, because of how he was separated from his mother without being ready and how the jedi didn’t want him at first. You really telling me the story would be the same if it started with Attack of the Clones?
Anyway, my only point was that if you watch the first and last part of the saga without the 7 films in between, you would be a bit confused as to what happened in between. If you watch all 9 of them, they are all connected and all relevant to the story, you just wouldn’t know it from the first and last alone
because nothing happens in it that you would not know from the rest of the story and many things have no bearing at all. queen amdala is not queen after that movie. you know he is the chosen one jedi. it just does not add to the story in any significant way.
