I’m not thinking any of this is signs of fraud or manipulation, but they’ve been counting ballots for at least 3 days and only 65% done. That’s kind of pathetic if you ask me. Don’t they have ballot scanners? Every election IMO should have ballots run though scanners (twice) and then random samples hand-counted to verify accuracy of the scanners. If it’s all done by hand you’re just as likely to introduce error as people become fatigued or zone out during processing.
