He was found by a judge to have raped her.
He was found by a jury to have raped her. The judge agreed.
He could have taken a simple DNA test to exonerate himself.
He chose to pay her off instead.

That was my thought exactly. You can call Trump a rapist without worrying about libel or slander. A judge has basically given everyone permission.
