The emote is because the use of authoritarian is quite arbitrary the okay ones are government the not okay are authoritarian regimes. Because you called Russia authoritarian, which is yeah is authoritarian like any other country, and the entire conversation is written in libspeak language I’m assuming it’s has a bias to that word.

Russia is an imperialist state. The fact that other states are also imperialists doesn’t change this fact in any way.
