The emote is because the use of authoritarian is quite arbitrary the okay ones are government the not okay are authoritarian regimes. Because you called Russia authoritarian, which is yeah is authoritarian like any other country, and the entire conversation is written in libspeak language I’m assuming it’s has a bias to that word.
