Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins violated the US Constitution when she sent her workforce a series of proselytizing Christian messages, a new lawsuit alleges.
“While we do not comment on pending litigation, we will keep the plaintiffs in our prayers during this process,” USDA spokesperson Michael Abboud said.

Were they sued in they’re official capacity? Because of they were any damages paid will be paid by the government and not the person.
