    Alito’s dissent is interesting to note:

    “Applicants are not entitled to a stay of an adverse court order based on lost profits from their criminal enterprise. They cannot, in any legally relevant sense, be irreparably harmed by a court order that makes it more difficult for them to commit crimes,”

    Calling a pharmaceutical company a criminal enterprise and suggesting all abortions are illegal conduct sure is something from him.

      Unless of course it’s the Trump administration committing the crimes. Then even slowing them down and maintaining the original status quo while the courts adjudicate the case is causing irreparable harm.

        Yeah. They are about a year and a half behind all of the crimes that PEDOnald has been up to, and that’s his second term.

        Forget about all the allegations of sexual assault as well as the conviction of rape and stealing classified documents and stoking an insurrection of terrorists, and plotting a coup and fucking with election results, and and and…
