13th in obesity rate and 9th in per capita healthcare costs, but why let the truth get in the way of a popular comment right?
Truth of what? I have never seen anything put health care spending per capita higher than in the us. I need a reference on where you are getting 9th. In addition the only countries I have seen in articles around obesity are like small island populations and even then there were never a dozen over us.
