There is a whole sub-plot in the show “the expanse” where the mormom church is basically a hedge fund and they build their own colony ship to fly off into space. Great show.

Seriously great show. Hilariously the Mormon bits require probably the least “suspension of disbelief” among the whole shebang lol.
