Lol what’s most hilarious about this is that if they are getting a bonus it implies that they are not actually small business owners, they are at best franchisees. So the business outsourced the risk.

Yup they were franchisees and owned like 210 acres and a (yuppie-ass) farm with a gigantic family of ~12 kids who all had ~5 themselves.
Then they go and get that kind of payout but ‘can’t afford’ to pay another $12k yet still expected me to give my all.
I watched Hulu and went to lunch with the store closed a few times. Picked up my own door dash once.
