    Border security and immigration remains a top priority for President Donald Trump. But voters gave him poor marks on immigration according to a recent NBC News poll, after DHS surged federal agents into the heart of American cities

    Trump’s bread and butter has been virulent racism disguised as immigration reform all the way back to the beginning of his first run.

    If that issue is turning against him, the economic debacles he’s creating have no justification to a large part of his base.
