    We decided after WW2 that the Middle East was ours, but we need a workforce and they happen to be there. So, we keep them busy with each other, and pay them virtually nothing.

    The countries borders were made for EXACTLY THIS kind of conflict perpetually by design. Of course it is always at war. If it wasn’t at war, we’d start one.

    Israel is our “home base” in the Middle East, they are the USA in all practicality, and a perfect place to keep our religious lunatic fringe eternally occupied.

    It’s not even a secret, it’s all there for everyone to see… and it’s a guaranteed money maker for our entire military industry that has been around since WW1 and always growing still today.

    … so yeah, let’s just say “oil executives” seems almost misleading, lying by omission.
