Other countries have examined the satellite pics of the attack and all have agreed it was a precision bomb strike. Every target was intentionally hit and the entire target was destroyed. Most likely as part of trying to destroy the military compound next door that was separated from the school a decade ago. The targeting data wasn’t updated with that information.

They also hit the site a second time to make sure they killed survivors of the first attack who were sheltering in another building
A practice that has been given the term “double tap” which profoundly underplays the level of evil and viciousness that it represents.
