I can definitely believe something being doctored about it. Apparently the video was released by Vance or DHS, and those are NOT people I can credit with honesty.

Alternatively, it isn’t edited…and the GOP genuinely believes it casts their cause in a good light. Which would speak to a complete lack of emotional intelligence, among other qualities that a decent human would possess.

EDIT: IIRC, an interview with the mayor of Minneapolis had him mentioning that Renee was still twitching around the time someone with medical training asked to tend to her, but was blocked by ICE.
