That seems quite fitting to me because it clearly highlights the self-referential nature of the exploitation (albeit by private individuals rather than other countries) – and besides, with his social media empire, Zuckerberg is both one of the beneficiaries and provides a significant part of the propaganda machine that somehow still ensures that many people do not recognize the bitter reality.
