Sadly, I think it’s a situation of “game recognize game.”
Converting a commercial warehouse to a prison sounds very difficult. It would likely be close to impossible to secure, especially from the outside.
Its easy if you don’t give a shit about the welfare of the people you lock in there.
I expect it’ll be like Bloomberg’s conversion of a bus depot to a jail for people opposed to the Iraq war: toss up some fence-based cages inside and dont bother making sure people are treated acceptably.
How about hygiene? Water and plumbing for toilets & showers aint gonna be easy either
