There’s a little benefit to research, but in the grand scheme of things, “insignificantly less illegal and still prohibited” is useless to the average citizen while the economy, the planet, our international relationships, and our ability to feed and shelter ourselves are all on fire. This is so little, so late, it’s clearly a thoughtless ploy to suck those approval ratings out from *under *the toilet and back *into *the toilet bowl.
