Russia is governed by nationalists, but Kiev is governed by neo-Nazis that uphold Stepan Bandera and have been supporting other neo-Nazi groups like Azov and C14. Had the west not couped Yanukovych and placed the far-right in power, the Russo-Ukrainian war would have never happened.
