    So they’re going to sue Texas then, right?..right???

    All jokes aside, this will immediately get tossed because Texas did this exact same thing FIRST, and without a populous vote. There is no legal standing for this whatsoever, aside from trying to play the DEI card, which of course they will, but it will fail.

      The funnier result would be to have California maps overturned, and then immediately have Texas’ And every other red shithole’s maps ruined by the now standing precedent lol

        I fucking hope so. Tennessee was butchered a while back. I’d love to have Nashville be back blue again. Like it was for 160 years

        Or the courts will find some way to single out CA’s map; like the fact that they even had a public referendum makes it illegal … Maybe that’s a bit cynical, but that’s where I’m at these days.
