President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed that a “dividend of at least $2000 a person” will be paid to all Americans except for “high-income people,” saying the country is now wealthy as a result of his tariff policies.
“People that are against Tariffs are FOOLS! We are now the Richest, Most Respected Country In the World, With Almost No Inflation, and A Record Stock Market Price. 401k’s are Highest EVER,” the president wrote.
I like redistributing wealth, no complaints here, but as a response to Trump’s claims of a wealth government I offer a reminder to everyone here that Trump decreased federal income and increased the 5 year deficit by about 7 Trillion by the lowest estimates. The US Government does not have the money to do this.
Honestly at this point you have to wonder if he’s trying to cause hyperinflation and is just really bad it.
He and his litany of last-mans-in-the-room are all balls deep in crypto after all.
They won’t have the money period to do anything useful for a long time.
