I just watched the video, and yep, the officer didn’t literally grab her by the ankles and spin around about 8 times before shouting, “for Israel!” Which is what he was trained to do by the IDF, finally letting her go, grinning maniacally, Kat spinning wildly through the air for at least 8 feet (an 8 foot clearing distance is one of the minimum qualifications to be considered a “throw” according to the Police Pitching a Protestor Pamphlet published by Potty Person Press). Kat did not say “you threw me” confirming the action and the cop didn’t do the required post-throw dance ritual followed by saying “oh yeah!” Like the koolaid man.

So it definitely doesn’t meet the qualifications according to the most standard definitions. I’ve never seen more corruption in the media than willfully misrepresenting the brave officer’s actions here. You’re right to hold your ground on this issue, keep fighting the good fight, comrade
