Individually no, that won’t fly. An entire state would have to take the extraordinary measure to stop the transfer of funds to the federal government (also not gonna go off without a hitch) or the black market economy needs to take off.
Oh, no, that stuff sounds scarier than traditional fascism. You can avoid giving Microsoft or Amazon money but the government gets it’s hands on your money before you do. If the Federal government is working against you you need to find ways to sustain yourself without giving them money.
